Learn French on the French Riviera This Summer

French Summer Classes is the summer programme of Passeport pour les Langues, offering French courses in Cannes-La-Bocca for children, teenagers, adults and families.

Our 2027 summer programme runs from 14 June to 30 July. Students can join us for just one week or stay for several weeks, making it easy to combine French lessons with a summer stay on the French Riviera.

Courses are organised in small groups of no more than 10 students, according to age and French level. Beginners are welcome, as well as students who already speak French and want to improve their skills.

Thanks to our school location, you will discover the southern/Provençal side of Cannes.

A Flexible French Summer Program for Every Age

Learn French in Cannes

Our school is located in Cannes-La-Bocca, within walking distance of the beach, local shops, cafés, bakeries, restaurants and the Provençal market. Students can learn French in the morning and still have time to enjoy Cannes and the French Riviera during their stay.

Small Groups and Personal Attention

With a maximum of 10 students per class, our teachers have time to get to know their students and encourage everyone to participate. Small groups create more opportunities to speak French, ask questions and receive individual attention.

Learn French as a Family

Families are welcome to study with us during the same week. Children, teenagers and adults join the French course best suited to their age and level, while studying in the same school and following compatible schedules. This makes it possible for parents and children to learn French during the same holiday while each benefiting from an age-appropriate learning environment.

French Courses for Different Goals

Students join our summer programme for many reasons: to get a head start before the new school year, prepare for an exam, improve their French for their studies or career, gain confidence for travel, or simply develop their language skills while enjoying an educational family holiday in the South of France. If a student has a specific academic goal or is preparing for an exam, parents can let us know when registering so that we can discuss their needs in advance.

Experienced French Teachers

Our courses are taught by experienced French teachers who create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Lessons encourage students to participate actively, communicate in French and develop their confidence throughout the week. They met a lot of students from all over the world – many smiling faces and happy memories.

Morning or Intensive French Courses

Morning French classes take place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm, with 20 lessons of 45 minutes per week. Students who choose the intensive programme also attend afternoon classes from 1:15 pm to 2:45 pm, for a total of 30 lessons per week. This leaves students time to enjoy Cannes, spend time with their family or take part in optional activities during their stay.
